Biografi – Born in may 2001 in Stockholm, Anton Forsdik is a young international actor, director and writer from Sweden who is best known for his theatrical performance in Bergman’s production ” Fanny and Alexander ” on The Royal Dramatic Theatre (Dramaten). In 2007 he began his undergraduate studies in Carlssons skola, Östermalm. He began acting at the age of seven and has been a student between the years 2011 – 2018 at the prestigious theatre school, Calle Flygare teaterskola in Stockholm. Since the year 2020, he is a student at Stockholm University of the Arts.

He began acting at the age of seven and has been a student between the years 2011 – 2018 at the prestigious theatre school, Calle Flygare teaterskola in Stockholm. Since the year 2020, he is a student at Stockholm University of the Arts. Anton’s professional debut was in the short film “The Animal I Killed Last Summer“, awarded best short at the International Film Festival Bratislava. This was the start of a successful career in Swedish film and Television: Anton starred alongside several of the top Swedish film stars in the movie “Medicinen”, directed by Colin Nutley. He is also in the TV series “Gåsmamman” , De dagar som blommorna blommarSommaren med släkten , Sjukt oklar, Svansen i kläm , Zebrarummet etc.

As director, he is the filmfestival winner with the film I Don’t Want To Live Anywhere Else Om det oändliga – ABOUT ENDLESSNESS (Stockmotion) 2015. With his own produced film FATE, he won the Birmingham Film Festival 2017. Special jury mention ZOOM 11 international film festival Ljubljana. Winner Vertigo film festival 2022 in Milano, Vertigo Film Fest – Milan International Short Film Festival
